Simply not competing in a race you have entered does
not automatically entitle you to a refund for that event.
Ø
Refunds will ONLY be awarded under the following
circumstances:
a. You give Cycling QLD
written notice (email, fax) before 4pm Friday for weekend events, or
24hours notice for weekday events;
b. You submit a medical
certificate within 24hours of the event recommending you do not
compete;
Ø Credits will expire at the
end of the Cycling Season:
a.Track Season – March
31
b. Road Season – September 30
Ø You will be charged the non
refundable a $5 processing fee.
- 7 Mar: This is an important
reminder to all AWD athletes that entry for the
All Para-cycling athletes are reminded that attendance at this event is part of the Nomination Criteria for the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games, as per clause 8, therefore making it compulsory for any handcycle or tricycle riders who would like to be considered for selection into the Australian Team (refer to the Cycling Australia website at www.cycling.org.au - High Performance - Selection Policies).
The closing date for this event is Sunday 6th April 2008. The manual entry form is attached, which you will need to fax or post to Cycling NSW, or the online entry facility is open and available via the Cycling NSW website - www.nsw.cycling.org.au.

Cycling NSW nor Cycling Australia will not be providing accommodation or transport for this event.
