Cycling Queensland

Cycling Queensland wishes to advise members that ALL nominations for Open Events now close a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to each event.  This means that riders will need to be more diligent than in the past to ensure that their nominations are received before the cut-off date.  The CQ Technical Committee have deemed it necessary to make this change to ensure all promoters and volunteers are given sufficient time to prepare for events.  Many hours have been lost in previous years making last minute adjustments to start lists and this change will seek to address the increasing problem.

The ability to submit a late nomination will still be at the promoters discretion and will be clearly indicated on the event flyer and the online registration page if this applies.  All late entries are still subject to the normal late fee of $20 Seniors & $10 Juniors.
